Kelly is a Pilates teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Weight Management Adviser and Health Care Professional. Kelly started off as a Reiki Practitioner in 2002 and through this practice decided to train for her passion, teaching exercise and Pilates. She is now a Pilates teacher and trains people at Beginners and Advanced level. She is training with Future Fit and on her way to complete her Diploma in a wide range of courses relating to health and wellness.
Kelly has over twenty years experience of working in the Social Care Profession. She has a wide range of experience of working with people who have a range of disabilities and mental health issues. She has worked with the older generation and now with people with physical and sensory impairments.
Kelly has a unique and friendly approach of helping you to get back into balance using a combination of Reiki, Pilates and exercise. She does this with a sense of humour and a down to earth practical approach to health and wellbeing.
